The Department of Public Administration was created in 2003 as a department of the Faculty of Management. The Department has been tasked with preparing specialists in the field of state and municipal administration, where the Russian governmental sector is experiencing a serious need.
The Department's main mission is to conduct research focused on the real sector of city and regional economics, as well as to carry out actual city development activities.
The Department carries out research focused on city development, creating a pleasant city environment, and carrying out effective administrative practices and investment activity.
